[Resolved] Tata Sky — I am complaining about your services | |||
I am very sorry to inform you that last few occasion, during attending our complain your representative demanded money. Twice i had paid rs.200/- and rs.600/- respectively. I don’t know whether company is charging or your representative is enjoying money because they could not able to produce any bill. Last time your representative connected my wire with my neighbour’s disk / antenna without our knowledge, which had created a misunderstanding with my neighbour and wire was removed. We have registered a complain (Wo#1770e3c9) to make it ok (Connect to our disk). I am using tata sky for a long time, i have never faced such problem, i am requesting you to look into this matter and help the service user form this type of trouble.
