Tata Sky — i am complaining e pack is not valid to one month

Dear sir we are facing problem that when we recharge the pack not valid for one month, it will existing only four days. We have our connection just one month but it will not working properly. When we contact your operator he told that with our id [protected] having another three connections so please verify and rectify the problem
