[Resolved]  Tata Sky — i am getting error "hdcp error detected. service request number : 19i0s subscriber id : [protected]

When i try to see tata sky channel on my laptop, i get the following error

Hdcp error detected:
To play this video, your display and hdmi cables must support
High-bandwidth digital content protection (Hdcp).
You can also try reconnecting hdmi cables or restarting your display.

I am facing this problem for 3 months now, and have reported this problem to tata sky several times without any solution
