Tata Sky — I am not getting service from last two days | |||||
Dear Sir, I am using tata sky from last three years .I have recharged with its annual subscription around rs 1800from date 30 april 2015 and it will expire on 28 april 2016. From last two days, set top box receiving signal for very short time(one hour working and 8 hrs not getting signals approx) and i have complained to customer care and they even demanding for 200Rs service charge to resolve this issue and even they told me that as you not pay, we will deduct it from your account. So how many times i need to pay for their services for which i have paid earlier in advance for year? and also that is not sure that after resolving this issue, after two month again if it will arise again than also i need to pay for that?
