Tata Sky — I could not view Tata sky | |||
This is for subscriber id [protected]. On the 8th of July, I could not view Tata sky, there was some problem. On the 8th july I put in a complaint and mention that if problem in tata sky box or if it is chargeable then no need to replace box, because in one year they change the box 3 or 4 times .Then the person come to my home for change the Box and say there is no need to pay any charges this is my superior order, then I say you can change the Box . On the 11th july, I recharged my tata sky with 240/- amount then is see my account balance is negative. I again call to customer care person & they say that will arrange the call back and revert back your money to your account .Every day I call to customer care I hear the same message from tatasky call center person will arrange the call back from concern person or revert back money. Today is 15th of july still I am waiting. The problem remain the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
