Sir, I want to continue my package of Rs. 300/- per month instead of new pack Rs 470/- per month on 4th March 2017 morning time I got a message from your call center monthly charges Rs 470/- per month. I was unable to understand I received a SMS from Tata sky confirmed new pack without any information I insist that I want to continue old one and stop pressurizing customers to take costly packs.
