I am tata sky consumer i purchase my tatasky set top box to mr. Dhanraj chaudhary but now i wish to reset my package, but i dont have password and registered mobile number. Last one month i contentiously try to contact tata sky by helpline for this request. Till i have not get any response from tata sky they advise me to give me all details for last verification of dhanraj chaudhary which i dont have so they advice me without last infomation they cant change registerd mobile number i suffer to many problems to recharge & tatasky dont give response on my problem...
Please concern on my problem...

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, help is here! You can always log in to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN.
