[Resolved] Tata Sky — i have one account but when i call i have been told i got multiple account | |||
I have been harassed for about a year reason is whenever i call or mess for any service i have been told i got multiple subscription, for this i kept calling customer service and clarified them that i have only subscription [protected], and pls removed all other from my number but got only faked promises and my problem remain as it is, yesterday day when i called to add sports1 channel they did added but after sometime when i check some other channel the message come i don't have base packed it has been removed, and thereafter i called at least 10 times but i got reply that won't able to active the channel, is this the service u provide to your customer, stop cheating and harrasing customer and don't take your customer for granted, it is very sad that we indian tolerate this nonsense, if it was out of india tata sky would have tasted its own medicine anyway this sub standard tata sky would never get chance to be in international market with their non sense service,,, throwing away tata sky from my house forever and will try to spread my experience among my group Was this information helpful? | |||
