[Resolved] Tata Sky — I paid for connection but it's shows my mobile number not registered | |
I have submitted my new connection request in app which lead me to tatasky.com website after giving my details it asked for how I want to pay so I paid online after that I recieved mail with transaction I'd but no subscription I waited three days to call from installation no calls ..after that I called to customer care and they are saying my mobile number not registered and they asked send mail to [protected]@tatasky.com which I'm receiving automated reply saying, you don't subscription I'd in mail to forward the mail to agent subscription I'd is needed n I have only transaction I'd...I got no help n I lost money n no connection happened Was this information helpful? | |
