[Resolved]  Tata Sky — I recharged wrongly my old Tata sky number

Hi. My name sabeer from Tamil Nadu, I recharged wrongly my old Tata sky number, please refund my amount, I already completed Tata sky customer care but our person told to your recharged application service operated. Then I compiled that operated. That person reply to this massage

You may have to contact the operator, to cancel the recharge as the payment is complete from our end to the operator.

I have checked our records and it looks like the transaction was successfully processed to the operator and hence we will not be able to cancel it. Very sorry about that.
