Tata Sky — ID [protected]-Non attending of no service

I am aconsumer of Tata Sky with the above given ID. Tata sky services are not functioning properly for last four days. I submitted a complaint telephonically but the complaint was not attended to.I requested for a customer care man to visit since some channels and some HD channels were not coming and services of some channels were irregular.A person named name Deepak informed he would visit on 16.12.2015 but when we waited throughout the day he did not come.After repeated reminders a person namely Lalchand came to attend the complaint at 6.00 in the evening when it was dark.He could not rectify the fault but to add further problems he discontinued other services as well and stated that the problem would be looked into next day.After lot of request and pursuance and request made to his senior Mr.Deepak who also spoke in a very foul mode stating that nothing can be done .Somehow Mr. Lalchand could restore the servies(which were otherwise available) and wanted to leave.He stated that the TATAsky cable and a service box has run out of order and needs change.I would request TATAsky to do needful.
