Tata Sky — Id no. [protected] deactive notice in screen inspite of payment and complaint made last 3 days including local agent. | |||
On 6.1.15 recharge made Rs.690/- fr ID No. [protected]. I have send 3-4 message in 56633 and also there are 3 consequtive discussion held with your people but till now till date deactive message is showing as shown on 6.1.15.Request to enqiry the matter & inform why can not be resolved the issue after vigorous follow up from myside. I was deprived of being view TATA SKY for which pl. send me the specific reaosn for not comply the complain intime. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in activating your services asap.
