Tata Sky — ID Problem

Dear Sir/Madam, This is second complant I have sending.Actually old box ID is [protected] but 10th.2015 I received offer call from custamer sevice for HD up grade. they collect all details from me.that day they replaced HD new box.That time not dispaly the channels because they upgrade HD box new ID i.e [protected].I spoke with custamer care and they done somthing now channels are dispalyed except HD with old ID([protected]). Then I spok Custamer care they told that you have two IDs and I clearly told this second new ID([protected]) details I don'y know.Finally they decided to be activate with new ID. But till date not activated.I was paid Rs.999/- Recently my Tata sky recharge mony was completed.I have not done recharge because whic ID I follow.
