Tata Sky — id:[protected] - most of the channels are not coming properly

I have been facing problem of not getting most of regional, english news and some other channels not coming properly . toll freenos are not easily available and even after getting thru i hv to wait for 15 mts to get executive. No proper answers from them. one exe called me and told me that they will attend within 4 working days . no body has attended. As senior citizen I am finding it difficult and toll free nos are not user friendly.
