[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Illegal financial transaction

i want to report a financial fraud done by Tata sky in my tata sky account id [protected]
This was a revengeful act by Tata Sky Dealer, and till date full resolution has not been given, i have not even got a convincing revert. partial amount has been credited but for the rest of amount i have been asked to go and recover from Dealer.
Despite writing multiple times to nodal officer, no communication/calls have been received from nodal officer.
Why should a customer contact dealer and recover amount? when we make the payment to Tata sky, and its Tata sky who have given authority to dealers to change packs etc. If dealer misuses it then its Tata Sky who needs to take responsibility of taking action and refunding the entire amount.

The pack i was on till Jan'21 was of INR 668 per month.
Suddenly i got an SMS that the monthly rental of INR 1767/- which i never did this
As per customer care following channels were added on 3rd june (same date when there was a dispute regarding feedback ratings)
- Bengali Hindi premium sport english (HD) - 3rd June ( i didnot add this)
- Bengali hindi premium sport english (normal) - 3rd June ( i didnot add this)
- Bengali hindi family Kids ( i didn't add this )

This is criminal and fraudulent action leading to financial impact and i feel this is related to my earlier complaint which also took place on 3rd June'21

My asks
1. Credit the full amount that was used from 3rd June to 9th June. as it was due to addition of packs by dealer without my consent.(till now only partial amount of INR 117 has been credited)
2. Please arrange a call with nodal officer Mr. garg
3. COmmunicate what action has been taken against the dealer
4. How will TATA sky ensure that such instances are not repeated in future.
5. Send the details of the dealer who did this.

Context
I had reached out to customer care today with a complaint to repair/replace remote control as some of the keys were not working. customer care lady told me that she is raising the request and confirmed the complete address.
Technician called me from mobile num - [protected] and asked me what is the complaint, i was surprised that he is not even aware of the complaint so i asked whether he has not got the update from TataSky, to which he replied "No", then he also asked me my address, so apparently he was not provided with my details at all.
Post technician visit
I filled up the technician feedback as 2 star and mentioned in the comments that Tatasky should provide all the details to the technician at the time of passing the complaint so that he doesn't bother customers multiple times, as tata sky has all the details already.
Post feedback I got 4 calls from different numbers asking for the reason,
1.[protected] 5:22pm
2. [protected] 5.45pm
3. [protected] 5:49pm
4. [protected] 5:56pm (technician)

Complaint
1. Technician called me from number [protected] at 5:56pm and started arguing why did i give a bad feedback, and also saying with raised voice "address to theek se dena chahiye na"
How can technician call me back on feedback and raise his voice? is this not insulting customers?
2. Service center calls me from number [protected] at 5:49pm telling me that he gave the details to technician and saying that my address was incomplete
How can he call me and ask for justification when i have already given feedback and people from Tatasky have spoken to me? its like questioning me again?
i think this is very impolite and insulting from Tatasky staff.
- calling multiple times by multiple people
- technician and service center calling and questioning the reason, technician raising his voice
- Is this the reason you take feedback? have i committed a crime by rating giving a low feedback?

i have all these calls recorded.
