[Resolved]  Tata Sky — I'm complaining about the inconvenience created due to error 2

I, id -[protected], am not able to view my channels due to "error 2 - to insert the digi card properly" but i have tried the all the possible ways to reinsert the digi card properly as directed but we have failed and are not been able to watch our favourite shows. We have also tried to clean the dust on it with dry cloth and reinsert it still it shows the same error. We would be really grateful if you give response to this and send immediate help to us so that we can resume to watch our tatasky tv shows.

Have not used the dish for one year now recharged it is showing pairing error this is the wrong card for the dish subscriber id is [protected]

Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
Since we are facing difficulty in recharging online package by choosing the respective channels .Also even after confirming the final channels, we are unable to proceed further... when we call customer care its not at all responding for the call . Is this service given to the customer care?

I am requesting for a technician visit from tata sky for last 3 days but no one contacted. In spite of repeated complaints, nothing worked. Please look into the issue.
