Tata Sky — Improper Charges and Eary Closure of Annual Subscription

Hi,
I have taken annual subsription for Tata-Sky connection.I had renewed my annual connection by paying the whole charges for the year on 25-Aug-2014. The due date for the next renewal is only 25-Aug-2015.
But I am getting notifications that my account is getting disconnected from 20-May-2015, which 3 months prior to the acutal due date.
Logging a customer complaint by calling Tata-Sky customer care has not been actioned. No executive has called back or clarified on this despite multiple follow-ups.
