[Resolved] Tata Sky — improper guidelines of new connection | |||
We bought tata sky connection on 29 november last month by which due date should fall after 30 days of connection but unfortunately it is showing 17 dec 2017 instead, which is 19 days after connection. And it was free for one 30 days (1 month). We thought we were mistaken about company's policy and made our first recharge yesterday night by which next due date should fall around 16 jan 2018. But again it is showing 11 jan 2018 instead. We tried to call customer care but nobody bothered to solve our problem. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
