[Resolved] Tata Sky — improper response of the help desk | |||||
When we call the helpline number we get answers in a language we do not understand, the language appears to be Bengali, after twenty attempts I got a person who could talk in english but was not useful. All I wanted was to add on a few channels and the process is so complex as they do not send me the OTP and the services are very bad. I want their KIDS MINI pack added with immediate for two months.
