Tata Sky — inability to view any channel since 15 may 2019 (id [protected]) | |||
I had complained on 19 May on this forum and yesterday, there was an update from Tata Sky that the problem is resolved without ascertaining the facts. Since it was not resolved, I complained again yesterday on this forum. I have also tried calling the technician and the Supervisor ([protected]) since today morning but there is no response. It appears that no one cares about customer grievances. As a week has passed since my first complaint to Tata Sky (through their helpline), I request you to escalate the matter to Tata Sky's CEO for an immediate resolution and also ask them to refund the subscription fees for the "blackout" period. I would also like a written apology from Tata Sky for the absolute lack of service orientation they have displayed from the date of my first complaint on 15 May 2019 Was this information helpful? | |||
