[Resolved] Tata Sky — incompetent service | |||
Tata sky box has been providing me with an error for a month. Every time a service staff comes he says its an it error that will get sorted within 2 days. They close the complaint (When they are not supposed to) and leave. When i follow up the call centre says the issue was resolved. And they send another service staff who gives same excuse. Now they wont compensate me for one month that i did not receive service. Rather the call centre questions me whether i am lying or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
