1. Your text msg from BP Tatasky of 14 Oct 2015 to renew my HD Access fee by 15 Oct 2015. Accordingly deposited Rs.2000/- on 15 Oct 2015 for recharge.
2. After the above payment, your msg from BT-TataSky of 17 Oct 2015 confirmed A/C Bal Rs.1980.68, also indicating Due Date 24 Feb 2016. (Monthly Charges - Rs.460/- (Dhamal Mix-Rs.250/-, Times Now-Rs.20/-, HD Access Fee- Rs.175/-, NDTV 24x7-Rs.15/-).
3. This was followed a Large number o[censored]nsolicited calls from Tata Sky Executives asking me to convert my credit of Rs.2000/- on 15 Oct 2015 in to Annual subscription and get one month subscription discount. Each time I refused to accept the offer and clearly told the Executive that whatever action I want to take, I will do at the time of Renewal of Pack on 24 Feb 2016.
4. Suddenly I was bombed by a messege from BT-Tatasky on 04 Nov 2015, stating that the A/C Bal at that time was only Rs.296.74 and the Due Date was 17 Dec 2015. This was, inspite of my CLEAR Instructions to your various Executives that I had no intention to accede to their Marketing pleas and I was firm on renewing my pack only on 24 Feb 2016.
5. I donot accept this kind of, what I call, Unfair Marketing Practices.
6. I request that IMMEDIATE Action be taken to restore my Pack Validity to 24 Feb 2016, as conveyed vide your messege of 17 Oct 2015 and confirm the same to me.
