Tata Sky has harrased me a lot and incorrectly deducting amount and disabling the TV .. Below is the email Wrtten to them
"I am sorry to say this is lot of inconvenience caused to a PREMIUM customer, I have been hearing this charges has deducted on monthly basis . This seems to be your system problem that needs to be rectified The mutli TV SD box was already deactivated over the call from your team. I dont know how you guys have activated it again.. Why the customer has to call, I renewed this though IVR .
There should be a kind of compensation from your team i have been not able to view the TV, and have been going back and forth with you team on call. I all make sure if my voice is not heard will do negative publicity on social networking and will approach the consumer court for this."
There is no where written in the policy nor the customer care mentioned this that i need to call and tell this thats a recharge for year .
As on 10th Aug now i have recharged from 230RS for 1 HD TV for 1 month however it has been inactive now as on 25th Aug mentioned my other TV was active for which I had already complaint J40keje to deactivate hence amount was deducted.
