We have not been receiving signal since 3rd April.We have not been able to watch any programme since then. As suggested by the TATASKY screen, we have been giving a missed call to [protected] and also sms NS to 53366. There is an ack that someone will attend to us soon but no one has turned up so far.
We have an sms on 12/4 that their installation engineer will visit us between 8-45 and 9-30 pm but no one turned up. There has been no message further about the delay or a reappointment.
Our efforts to speak to their customer care have been in vain except for listening to a mechanical voice that tells us that it will take at least 10 minutes for an officer to attend to us and advises / assures us that if the problem is related to signal it will get resolved automatically very soon . So far nothing has happenned. We have paid in advancer and even if they were to return the amount or extend the validity, we have been put to tremendous ion convenience and mental agony besides depriving us of our ONLY PLEASURE watching some programmes of our interset at our old age. My wife is 62 years old and she depends on the TV for some entertainment.
It is high time that TATASKY is made to pay for this lapse and indifferent attitude towards their customer.
