Tata Sky — individual channel pack issue of tata sky | |||||
Dear Sir, I am the customer of tata sky, as per new guideline of TRAI consumer has a right to choose individual packs, but tata sky is still not providing such facility to consumers. Even I have called to their customer care, but they have no updation.While as per guideline last date is 31st Dec 2018. Please resolve this issue.
