My Tata Sky subscribed id is [protected]. Last Saturday i.e 2-2-2019 I lodged a complaint regarding my problems in the set top box. The box was taken for repairs by the person concerned that day itself and a replacement was promised by Monday. Since I got no intimation from their end, I called them back on the afternoon of Monday i.e 4-2-2019. I was informed that the new set top box received was not working and hence I would have to wait till the next day. The next day again, there was no information from their side and hence I had to call them again in the afternoon. Today on the 6th of February, 2019 when I was again not contacted by them, I called them in the evening to which they replied that the boxes were yet to be received by them and hence I could be provided the box possibly by tomorrow. I may also add here that all the correspondences were initiated from my end. I also mailed to the Tata Sky customer care mail id regarding my problem to which there was an automated response stating I would be contacted by a Tata Sky representative shortly which did not materialise at all. All these, I feel is really painstaking for any customer and the service rendered so far is really inefficient and incompetent. Was this information helpful? |
