Tata Sky — Inefficient and rude Customer Care Executive | |||
Hi.. I was continuously receiving calls from [protected] number for the offers. The girl named Shilpa called me on 26th May and told me that I have a offer on my number for Rs.1000 where I can get 6 months subscription of all the channels, before the final recharge I wanted to confirm the same and called the customer helpline at 12:09 from my registered landline number and told the executive named "Simranjeet" to transfer the call to the offer department as I need to confirm the package before recharging. He told me that the offer department is refusing to take my call and there is no offer on my no. I've told him that I've got more than 5 calls and I even had a word with the offer department last week but because the details they provided and the details provided by the girl "Shilpa" was slightly different I need to speak to someone there. He said he cant help me and I will get a call back. I am really upset about such behavior. This is not how you should treat your customer I need a proper reply for the same or I will exclate this matter to social media. I run a big blog where thousands of followers are thr.
