[Resolved] Tata Sky — inefficient service and unnecessary deduction of payment | |||
There was a construction of building near my house due to which my tata sky services get affected and then i raised complaint for it.. They send a person to solve my problem and then they shift my dish from one corner to another and didn’t install it properly and unnecessarily charged me 550rs. As i said dish was not properly installed it get deflected after sometime and some channels are not clearly visible i thought it may be due to some weather problem but when i call the operator again they send a person who told me that the dish is not properly installed and installed at wrong place and then he shifted it to another side also he promised that time that he will not charge me for this as it’s their fault but after 2 days they deducted the amount without informing me. Moreover when i recharged today again they deduct 21 rs without informing me and for no reason when i complained after so many requests they told they raised the complaint and find the reason.. I would say tata sky is the worst operator pls someone help me out in this Was this information helpful? | |||
