Tata Sky — Insensitivity and utter lie from Tata Sky helpline | |
I have three connections of tatasky with subscriber ID [protected]. For last 10 days the services have become bad to worse. The best part is whenever after 6 minutes of hold up I could talk sky agent they inform that sir for some your connections are on hold and we are escalating to our higher authority. This is repeated every day for last 3 days and hence this complain.
Not only this for last 5 days every day no signal SMS and missed call are sent and prompt return SMS is also recieved but no body ever contacted or visited. I have kept details of last 5 complains of last 5 days. Was this information helpful? | |
