[Resolved] Tata Sky — installation issues | |||
We have taken a new tata sky connection on apr14th based out of hyderabad through a local dealer however as they promised they would do the installation and within 48 hours. Meanwhile we had a family urgency and had to go out of station. After returning from our tour on apr 29th we called the local dealer who booked the connection, but he talked so rude that i was helpless and called the customer care of tata sky to complain about the local dealer as well as our installation. Tata sky customer care neither send us a technician as indicated over the call within two hours nor any one turned up for the installation yet and today is 3rd may 2019 Was this information helpful? | |||
