Tata Sky — Installation Not done after 1 week of purchase | |||
I have purchased TATA Sky online 1 Week ago. My standard installation was scheduled for 11/4/15 2PM. But after many calls to TATA Sky this problem is not resolved. Even when we call they put the call on hold for more than 25 minutes after that disconnect the call. Whenever I was able to speak to their representative they always ensure that installation will be done today. But after so many calls and time wastage not able to get any resolution.
