[Resolved]  Tata Sky — installation of my set top box bearing subscriber id-[protected]

For last 10days i am continuously following up to tata sky service providers for technician visit at my residence as my antenna of both connection is get dislocated but no one is responding.

Again i am unable to watch my television from 03/05/2019 to till date and when i am asking him for reversal money, they are denying for same

Service of tata sky is very awfull and pathetic, non cooperative executives
Plz help me for regarding my issue above mentioned
