I had moved from bangalore to pune recently.
I wanted to relocate my set top box and hence i placed the request on 1st march. They cancelled my request on 2nd march stating that they could not complete my request within 24 hours and it would look bad in their books. I re requested but in vain. I am writing here as after three unsuccessful attempts of placing request. The people from field call me and tell that they will come within one hour, another hour but no one turns up. I must say tata is one of the crappiest service providers and has no respect for its customers.
