I am writing this to explain my distress regarding the poor service provided by TATA Sky.

My TATA Sky ID is [protected].

I have recently shifted my house to the below given address. Even after continuous reminder calls, the re installation of the TATA Sky DTH is not done.

The complaint IDs are - WO#168TOUIM dated 10/07/2018.

TOTAL NUMBER OF TIMES I SPOKE TO TATA SKY - 7 TIMES (9 PEOPLE).

    As discussed with customer care "Mohammad", operation manager,
    Since 1 July 2018, I am calling to customer care and there is totally harassment by customer care staff.
    Now, I want to withdraw my connection and please return my recharge amount and amount which I paid during this time.
    Following are the complaint number:

    1st July : 161JA4C4
    12th July : 16ABTOGR
    18th July : 16FVOPXG - Billing related
    20th July : 16FVNP7F

    As per above complain number you can see local cable TV operator service much much better than Tata Sky.
    Please refund my account during complain period asap otherwise I will go above and file physical complain in consumer court.

      I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
      On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
      My subscriber id is [protected]
      Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

        Please add Bhaarat today and pooja tv channels that are in the telugu language. we expect you to add these channels asap. telugu people are very interested in these two channels. I have asked tatasky if they can get a channel blocked as I further don't want to watch it! TV9 is the channel I asked for as it hurt my sentiments. Keeping it aside we Telugu people seriously want BHAARAT TODAY & POOJA TV channels as they closely belong to our Sanatana Dharma. so please don't ignore in doing so as they are getting ready in other DTH channels. JAI SRI RAM!!

            My name is Ravi, My subscriber id is [protected], This id is dealer demo id. And current pack is demo pack, I want move on big pack. Beacause our asm and asi cannot help to regarding so plz change the pack
            From the past 3 days i am not able to watch tv due to some pairing error ! instead there is no due date now my plan is active . please resolve my problem

            Just today morning switched on the TV and found the screen blank with a message "This is the wrong Card for this set top box (Pairing Error)"
            On 12 i paid recharge amount 570 through my credit card. Neither recharged nor credited to my account. My no is [protected]. Because of this i recharged again on 13.7.18. means I totally recharged for rs. 1140. Now my balance only showing 570.
            I didnt recharge for 1month and after i recharged my ac its showing pairing error . I just need a quick reply from team.
            I recharged my tata sky after almost 2 months. The recharge amount is 220 rs.. After recharge it shows that rhis is the wrong card for tgis set top box pairing error...

            Tata sky is not brocasting the live cricket match of Indian cricket. They are miss guiding the viewer about the supreme court order. Kindly look in to the matter

              First time the request #168JQD89 was raised on July 9th, 2018 to installation of my existing Tata Sky connection post relocation. But it's been 9 days the request is not completed yet. Have been calling to the Tata Sky contacts min thrice a day since the request was made but to no effect, every time they say that technician will call you within 2 hours.
              Spoke twice to the Escalation manager but it was waste of time and energy.
              Such a bad attitude and no ethics.

              The worst service i have ever seen i raised the concern for relocation has been raised on 13th July 2018. Representative came and uninstall the connection on time but when i asked for installing at new location he informed tomorrow other representative will come and do same. But its 18th July no one responded yet. Every time when i call the customer care firstly they put the call on hold for long time and later they have the great will issue to solve the problem. None of the representative had taken the responsibility to solve the issue after explaining the entire issue also they came back and ask what is the issue?? No proper listening and understanding of customers issue. Each and every representative gave same sort of cold response as if the do not bother at all.
              On field representatives are very rude, careless and irresponsible . He called on 16th july stating that he will be reach in another 5 mins as he was just 3 Kms away from the site. But till evening he could not travel 3 kms and and do not even have the sense of responsibility to inform and when i called back he just gave some lame excuses and very rude.Your representatives are more interested to disconnect the connection as guiding well to do so but not at all helping to install it. Working is challenge for them if reducing customer is the target of tata sky than you are doing good job in that. As maintaining customers is not tata sky bothers at all. I will help tat sky is achieving there target of losing customers as i already spread the word in my circle as i was using 12 tata sky connections and i will make sure that they will also disconnect the services.

              On 9/07/2018, amount of Rs.139/- had been deducted from SBI Ac while recharging on Tata sky DTH but the recharge is not done yet and not even the amount is reverted . So, revert the amount as early as possible.

              My account is deactivated but its in warranty..service is also in warranty they are not given me any intimation also
              Had a worst experience with Tata Sky. The solution the company has given at the end of the day is to cancel the connections and this solution has been given by CEO office. I don't generally write feedback on social media but it has been so stressful that I am forced to write through this platform. The only service I was expecting from them was to relocate set top box from one room to another. Which was a very big demand from a customer. Till today I thought asking for a service was customer right but i realise the optimum solution today given was like very politely showing the door. One thing I'm amused is that for a small issue CEO office had to give a judgement. An issue that could have been handled by grievance cell which was actually contacted.
              The helpline number [protected] doesn't exist. Local helpline is of no help.
              My emails sent to [protected]@tatasky.com were never responded to. The iasue for shifting set top box from one room to adjacent became too much work for technician and he said call your electrician. (as if I have all services available at beck and call) If my electricians have to do the job, then what do I need Tata sky technicians for? When new connections are to be installed then they go to any length to satisfy customer. I just received call from CEO office saying your cancellation is processed and will refund the balance amount. What a dealing... The big business houses the worst customer service. India is definitely progressing. Hat's off to all educated and wise people running the show. Without even waiting for my mail Tata sky took a decision and cancelled my subscription. I am shocked at the approach and yes as someine has rightly put here that they have a target to loose customers.

                I do not know how many times I have to complain and also do not know how many times you do auto response. Twenty four hours lapsed since my complaint. Will you solve it or not.Please respond in SMS to my Cell [protected]. Will you not be able to trust your account of your clients you acknowledged. You go through my account you sent to me by 4.59 pm to day where you advised me the current balance Rs.62.99. Monthly charges Rs.290/- Next Recharge 23 July. What other evidence you want from me.Then why you inform me when I on my TV stating that payment is 24/05/2018. Will you not see the account sent to me. This is the service you are doing your clients. Six months back in the other incident also you disconnected the service though I made the payment in which I got a bitter experience. This time also I got VERY VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE. Why you people are having E Mail and Web when you are not responding and solving the service request, .IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE SERVICE COMPLAINT PLEASE REPLY IN SMS. When other services are available why we have to beg you making regular payments. PLEASE SMS.

                  I have opted for auto debit facility to recharge my tata sky account. Last 4 months i am facing a problem : although my account is debited for the monthly recharge amount on 11th of every month, the amount does not reflect in my tata sky account. I have to call the customer care and raise a complaint post which the amount reflects in my tata sky account balance.

                    Forcefully HD channels are added and my annual subscription is shortened without my consent. #16AGA114

                    7 months complaint is open and they are giving vague reasons. We are talking to them and nobody is responding. This is utter cheating that after recharging they convert pack without information and consent

                    Need my annual pack and expiry should be 28th January 2019 as committed on website.

                      How many times i have to complain? when we are not paying immediately you are disconnecting the services. My account is valid up to 23rd july 2018. Last time i paid on 23rd june and i got the intimation that the balance is valid up to 23rd july. Yesterday also you reminded me through sms to my cell no:[protected] that the balance valid till 23rd july 2018 and to recharge with monthly charge of rs.290/- on or before 23rd july 2018.Though i have complained yesterday five times you are not taking any care to rectify the mistake. Unnessarily you put me in mental torture. My subsriber no:[protected]. SO FAR YOUR HAVE RECTIFIED THE COMPLAINT.Please rectify the mistake and inform me through SMS to my cell no [protected].

                        Myself Mr. Arun Kumar Verma been facing frequent problem since more than 4-5’months regarding signal issue now compelled to writing this mail to all concern authorities of Tata Sky and Mahagun Mywoods. I have called more than 20-30 times and your service engineer visited number of times at my location for the same issue but they are not able to rectify the concern regarding signal failed and providing error of "Weather issue & no Signal".

                        Your different service engineers are already visited at my location i.e.
                        1. Mr. Rajender[protected]
                        2. Mr. Ravi - [protected]
                        3. Executive - [protected]
                        4. Mywood engineer[protected]
                        5. Bablu - [protected]
                        6. Rohit (Triple Play from Mahagun) - [protected]
                        7. Tatasky landline number - [protected]
                        And many more executives visited at my location many times but every time we are elaborating the same issue with all engineers, why not you have complete history of complaint available on your system with last all attended engineers contact detail.

                        Briefing of Issue:
                        a. Period of issue- Facing similar issue from past 5-6 months atleast
                        b. Problem - Signal completely Lost
                        c. Briefing :
                        ---Joint venture between TATA Sky and Mahagun Mywoods
                        ---Common Disc for all customers
                        ---Frequent signal lost or completely failed
                        ---Screenshot and videos of signal issue shared to all above executives on Whatsup and email also
                        ---Every time complaint moving in between Mahagun Mywoods and Tata Sky
                        ---Amplifier also installed but yet issue not resolved and rectified
                        --- Mostly in the morning no signal coming and all channels lost
                        --- Not know whether internal issue, Power issue or ODU issue
                        ---Signal quality completely ZERO or fluctuate
                        ---As advised by your last visited engineer Setup Box also changed with HD Box and but issue yet not rectified
                        --- Channel automatically come and automatically gone
                        --- I have 1 more tata sky connection at my native which is working fine & no issue
                        --- Also recharged connection timely as reputed customer but no care from your end, even no one bother and visited number of times without any proper resolution
                        --- Everytime your engineers are doing new activities at my residence but no solution at all. Now getting mentally saturated and situation gets pathetic.
                        --- please see all my complaints logged through email and CC, similar issue raised from long time but no one is capable to identify the issue.
                        ---Now as a customer I am moving around the table of TATASKY & Mahagun Mywoods joint venture without any resolution
                        ---please advise who will bear the loss of amount which recharged regularly without seeing the channel properly. Who will compensate this loss of mental/financial harassment made by TATA SKY & Mahagun Society.

                        I have connected several times and also raised requests number of times & they will send a technician to check the issue, nothing will happened and when we call they will schedule a site visit without proper resolution and they have close the requests that the issue has been resolved. I paid for this from several months but never used the service..this is the worst customer service I have had in a long time...

                        The service provided by Tata sky is very pathetic. I would never suggest anyone to buy this kind of services due to your poor service and facing from past 5-6 months.

                        Earlier I was very much impressed with our respected CEOS Mr. Ratan Tata working & his vision, He is very much social. TATA such a big and long running organisation, earlier was very much customer friendly, so much employee friendly and under such kind of big company now customer satisfaction become zero and condition become!! Pathetic!.

                        Request next time when next engineer will visit at my location, please tell him to take previous history of issues from all above engineers and then visit for permanent resolution.

                        Hope this time you will provide end to end resolution and compensate me as well of customer loss.

                          Even now the same position of payment due is on 24/05/2018 Though I remitted the payment on 23/06/2018 valid up to 23rd July 2018. When I got reminder to day from you stating that the account is valid upto 23rd July 2018 and to make the payment on or before that due date, how I am getting the same information though I reminded this as 4th time.                             The service provided by Tata sky is pathetic. I would never suggest someone to buy this kind of service. I was not receiving signal on my Tata sky box..and on the other hand few channels are working..I contacted Tata sky around 2.10pm and it's 7.00 still no response..this kind of company who doesn't know customer satisfaction should be closed.!! Pathetic!

                              I have took Tata sky connection last month, They provided holiday humgama offer for me .
                              When i logged in holiday hungama web site it is showing invalid user name and password .I called to call center they said, my subscription id was not in tata sky data base .
                              I called manager(Rakesh [protected]) and junior employee (Rachana ) .They are not responding and not lifting the phone also,

                              I am struggling from last 3 weeks, i faced worst service with tata sky .

                                Tata sky has disconnected DDsports live transmission of FIFA World Cup final on the name of Supreme Court hearing... on the contrary jio is airing in ddsports as well... why do Tata sky betrays it’s Customers. It’s balatant exploitation on part of its customers.

                                  I wanted sun direct..they said u pay 2590 i paid ...then they said no sundirect keep tata sky ..
                                  I said ok one month free
                                  After 2 days now they disconnected the service telling to recharge again
                                  This tata sky dealer cheated me.

                                    Myself Mr. P.S. Raje been facing problem since more than 10’days now, not able to see my new subscription plan for which I paid Rupees 560/-
                                    As well as paid Rupeess 500/- for new Set Top Box, which was changed by your techinician 3 Times aince last 10 days.

                                    Staff in customer Service Ms. Pooja been speaking and she knows the problems.
                                    While she didn’t help me with the issue that’s been going on for 10’days now.
                                    While I kept asking where is the Technician who supposed to visit, on this no response and Ms. Pooja closed the line on me.
                                    It’s been really not nice of Staff, been ignoring me while I’m not able to see anything on Tata Sky.

                                      This is in regards to 10 connections (hd) at my property with 3 subscriber Id's given below :

                                      Mr. Ashish Chaudhary, ur technician had done the installation for the above. He had requested us to directly call him each time if we face any issue instead of calling the customer care as he lived nearby and looked after complaints in the area. After paying him Rs. 500-600 for splitters on various occassions due to signal issue we decided to ascertain the actual problem from our sources. To our despair, we have realised of being cheated since he has failed to comply the standard policy of One individual dish for each multi connection system and has managed to install all the 10 boxes on 1 dish by usage of splitters all over. We assume that the other 2 dishes and other material to be installed are swindled.
                                      After Thousands of wasted Rupees and worst quality experience, we informed your customer care team about the same 10 days back, it has been a pathetic experience i must say, disconnected calls while being asked to speak the senior or updates, illegal complaint close action without interacting with us, huge promises by the executive's without any resolution.
                                      For your knowledge, it should be noted that none of your customers are weak, unaware and helpless. We very well know how to approach the Courts, Police and even would be compensated by yourself in future. However, the name Tata has held us back till now. The actions so far are not up to brand Tata. Please justify your identity.
