[Resolved]  Tata Sky — installation post relocation

First time the request #168JQD89 was raised on July 9th, 2018 to installation of my existing Tata Sky connection post relocation. But it's been 9 days the request is not completed yet. Have been calling to the Tata Sky contacts min thrice a day since the request was made but to no effect, every time they say that technician will call you within 2 hours.
Spoke twice to the Escalation manager but it was waste of time and energy.
Such a bad attitude and no ethics.

The worst service i have ever seen i raised the concern for relocation has been raised on 13th July 2018. Representative came and uninstall the connection on time but when i asked for installing at new location he informed tomorrow other representative will come and do same. But its 18th July no one responded yet. Every time when i call the customer care firstly they put the call on hold for long time and later they have the great will issue to solve the problem. None of the representative had taken the responsibility to solve the issue after explaining the entire issue also they came back and ask what is the issue?? No proper listening and understanding of customers issue. Each and every representative gave same sort of cold response as if the do not bother at all.
On field representatives are very rude, careless and irresponsible . He called on 16th july stating that he will be reach in another 5 mins as he was just 3 Kms away from the site. But till evening he could not travel 3 kms and and do not even have the sense of responsibility to inform and when i called back he just gave some lame excuses and very rude.Your representatives are more interested to disconnect the connection as guiding well to do so but not at all helping to install it. Working is challenge for them if reducing customer is the target of tata sky than you are doing good job in that. As maintaining customers is not tata sky bothers at all. I will help tat sky is achieving there target of losing customers as i already spread the word in my circle as i was using 12 tata sky connections and i will make sure that they will also disconnect the services.

On 9/07/2018, amount of Rs.139/- had been deducted from SBI Ac while recharging on Tata sky DTH but the recharge is not done yet and not even the amount is reverted . So, revert the amount as early as possible.

My account is deactivated but its in warranty..service is also in warranty they are not given me any intimation also
Had a worst experience with Tata Sky. The solution the company has given at the end of the day is to cancel the connections and this solution has been given by CEO office. I don't generally write feedback on social media but it has been so stressful that I am forced to write through this platform. The only service I was expecting from them was to relocate set top box from one room to another. Which was a very big demand from a customer. Till today I thought asking for a service was customer right but i realise the optimum solution today given was like very politely showing the door. One thing I'm amused is that for a small issue CEO office had to give a judgement. An issue that could have been handled by grievance cell which was actually contacted.
The helpline number [protected] doesn't exist. Local helpline is of no help.
My emails sent to [protected]@tatasky.com were never responded to. The iasue for shifting set top box from one room to adjacent became too much work for technician and he said call your electrician. (as if I have all services available at beck and call) If my electricians have to do the job, then what do I need Tata sky technicians for? When new connections are to be installed then they go to any length to satisfy customer. I just received call from CEO office saying your cancellation is processed and will refund the balance amount. What a dealing... The big business houses the worst customer service. India is definitely progressing. Hat's off to all educated and wise people running the show. Without even waiting for my mail Tata sky took a decision and cancelled my subscription. I am shocked at the approach and yes as someine has rightly put here that they have a target to loose customers.
