This is very unfortunate that I've to escalate this issue which Tata Sky customer care and on ground technical team couldn't handle or may be not able to handle issues.
Problem I'm facing is because of poor installation done by Tata Sky technician in Feb'17. This issue I raised to customer care[SR No- WZD9NPR, date 02-May-17]. Technician visited to rectify the problem but he didn't fix the problem and asked me to send another guy to fix or to reallocate the antena. And that other guy never shown but Tata Sky made sure to debit the fee from my account without any action on issue.
I raised same problem again to customer care and explained the whole problem to them again. They again raised the issue[SR No-WVS5XJE, Date27-Apr-17] and arranged the technician which was the same guy earlier visited and he refused to come and fix the Antena.
Could you please assist me on this, by aligning a correct technician who can address and fix the issue. Or in case no technician is able to rectify the problem please refund the changes debited from my account just for Technician visit, who arrived just to discuss the problem.
