Tata Sky — Installed a faulty setup box and not giving a full Refund, not fixing the set up box | |||
I got tata Sky installed on 3-Feb-2014. Ever since it was installed no volume was coming.The person who installed told that he will check it later. So I called the customer care, asked them to fix the issue. They told me that the set up box was faulty, they will get a new set up box installed. I kept calling them 3 times, every day, for the past 15 days. They keep telling me that they will fix it in 24 hours. But they send no one to check the issue. So i asked them to disconnect and give me a full Refund . Now they are saying they can not give a full refund for the equipment. But the Equipment was faulty in the first place, and they are not willing to Refund Or Replace. Was this information helpful? | |||
