To the Management at Tata Sky (if this mail reaches anyone) 1. I usually dont like writing these mails but have no option. 2. I wanted two set up boxes (new connection) for the two TVs we have at home. SO I called your call center on 1/1/[protected] hours) and spoke with Ms. Deepika who assured that someone will connect with me in 2 hours - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL (as on 1346 hours on 2nd Jan) 3. I in the meantime found out the scheme of booking Set-top box on your site and booked the normal one with payment on delivery + a Rs 5981 pack and got a confirmation email id from Tata Sky with the order no DS[protected] (tatasky transaction ID) at 1429 hours on 1/1/2016. 4. I got a confirmation sms on my mobile with the workorder details as M0ZLJZ6 at 1431 hours that someone will contact for the installation. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL / COME 5. At 1730 hours on 1/1/2016 I CALLED your call center again to inquire what happened to the call and installation . The agent Mr. Anant or Anaht claimed that there is no pending request from my side. FAIR ENOUGH ... the new year party hangover could be the reason. 6. He transferred the call to someone called Nitish who seemed confused and said he will check and call within 15 minutes. I did not receive any call till 2039 hours on 1/1/2015 which I could not attend as I was busy. When I called back at the number around 2045 hours there was no response 7. I Get a second message on my phone at 1958 hours - 1/1/2016 that for workorder M0ZLJZ6 the visit has been planned for 2nd Jan between[protected] hours. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME 8. The questions to your team are these a) Is the company still functioning and taking new orders for set top boxes from customers b) If so then are you executing those requests in time and as per what you promise c) Is your CRM systems in need for upgrade that customer requests and calls go unrecorded and unfulfilled without someone getting flak for it d) The bigger question is WILL SOMEONE AT TATA SKY PLEASE CALL / CONFIRM / CANCEL - at least have the B***S to get back even if its to say you cant give me two set top box, you cant install them EVER e) and this brings me to the last query for you - Is the team on dope in this new year ! I am not expecting any miracles ... the X-MAS season has gone by ... but yes... I as a customer am entitled to response either which ways ! Now lets see if and WHEN you revert ! Adios Senors !
