Tata Sky — Internet was down for 22 days, horrible experience
Recently I had some horrible experience with Tata Play fiber. I made my usual recharge on last month but after that my internet was out for more than 22 days. I raised multiple complaints and talked to several agents, but nothing. Only yesterday my internet was back online. But as I talked to them earlier I was promised that my validity would be extended to 22 days as there was no connection. I do have the call recordings with me if proof is needed.
But today again when I contacted them they literaly told me that they could not extend the due date. So I have paid to you on due date but could not use the connection as internet was competely out and now you guys are telling me that I again have to recharge to stay connected.
During these no connection phase, I had to do multiple data recharge for my mobile number just to get connected. Are you guys paying them?
I am only asking to extend the days as the issue was from your side and you could not fix that for 22 days.
I want my validity extended or else I will go to other higher authority. You guys are just scamming people and taking their hard earned money. This is really disturbing for a TATA company.
