Tata Sky — Irregular billing | |||
I am a TataSky DTH user. My ID is [protected]. I recharged with Rs 220 Dhamaal mix monthly base pack on April 11, 2014. I have received an e-mail and SMS informing that my subscription fee will end on May 01, 2014 which was supposed to end on May 11, 2014 since we have monthly pack. When I contacted consumer care, I got information that my ID has been activated with Medic Maths pack which is totally unknown for me. Customer care person imposed that I have confirmed this pack on mobile call from TataSky side which is totally lie. I never received call for any additional pack. This incident has also been occurred in the past when my balance money was deducted before due date without my notice. It is very unfortunate to take connection of TataSky. You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, provide subscription up to due date and provide for the days you were unable to view television.
