I have been using tata sky set top box since past 3 years. Quality of your set top box and your network service is extremely poor and doesn't deserve to be called as the best service provider. Reasons for me saying so:

1) even if there is a single cloud outside, i would not be receiving any signal. By this logic there shouldn't be any tv's and network boxes in south of india and in europe, usa as they have around 300 days of rain.
2) i am being asked to pay rs 225 for your technician visit. For your poor network and poor set top box i am asked to pay for your fault and such a poor product and poor services.
Reason given for charging rs 225 is that my set top box is out of warranty. If you sell a poor product and give these pathetic services that your set top box doesn't even lasts for 3 complete years and expect your customers to pay for your faults then it is highly unethical and immoral.
I am highly disappointed with tata sky and quality of your products and services. I wouldn't recommend this to any person and would actively discourage every person having tata sky to disconnect it and i will myself planning to do it in a couple of days.

It was highly sad and disappointing to be associated with you. I had great expectations from brand name of tata but i understand services like of yours are bringing a disrepute to one of the most honored and respectable business houses in india

Hi,
Tata Sky personnel called and assured that they will charge Rs 225 to me initially and will refund that amount to me once source of disturbance is established, (due to me or TATA Sky). Technician visited, and found that dish was dislocated by few millimeters so i couldn't receive any signal. Please tell if dish has moved a few millimetres should we receive signals or not. Is tata sky signal so bad that it couldn't even transmit signals.
This is totally fault of Tata sky and i request Tata sky to refund my Rs 225 back to my account as soon as possible as this is the fault of Tata Sky

Hello team,
As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 6th february 2018 at mytatasky website. But due to network connectivity i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
I tried to login after some time but same issue happen.

Kindly help me to get 2000 rs. Vouchers.
