My subscriber number is [protected] and I am so frustrated with your company's customer care standards. First of all there is no direct person who can hear to the customer woes. Secondly, the all customer care is outsourced to some local "goondas" who don't know how to talk and threaten me to go and give a police complaint if they are not satisfied with the customer care.
The only reason I took the service is because I thought "Tata" is a brand name but now it has become clear that nobody is genuine.
I took a HD box in January and it has been replaced twice already and to my surprise everytime they replace they charge me a hefty sum of Rs. 350/- plus a technician visit of Rs. 170/-. I have not realized this until my account was showing as negative. I always keep balance in my account, which has apparently become a big welcome to the "goons". How can I be charged for a faulty device that Tata Sky has delivered and how can I be charged for a Technician visit because of a faulty device sent by Tata Sky.
So far at least 10 technicians called me and said they want to come and solve the problem. They are not really interested in "Solving" the problem, they are only interested in squeezing out the Rs 170/- from the customers.
I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with your performance that Tata is off the list for anything in our lives anymore. I cannot consciously use any of the Tata products in future because of this goons culture that Tata is promoting.
I am complaining because based on this others may realize the fact and not fall prey to brand names anymore. Was this information helpful? |
