I am an unfortunate subscriber of Tata Sky. Id no.[protected]. I have earlier complained about overcharging by Tata Sky and non response by Tatasky customercare in spite of promise by their Floor Manager Ms.Sourandi on 31.03.2015.
Since yesterday I am not able to view most of our favourite channels and as per message shown on the screen miss call was given on [protected]. It is more than 24 hrs. but nobody has bothered to contact us and it is impossible to contact the customercare nos. Tata Sky have turned out to be big cheats.
I WOULD REQUEST THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BECOME SUBSCRIBERS OF TATASKY AS THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
