[protected] Id Have called 4 times in this month. Many channels show no signal. Whenever I call they say to do some settings and the matter is not solved. 20 days back I was told within half an hour it will be rectified as sometimes soft ware problem persists. Today the executive was rudiculous and abruptly cuts the call. My additional set up box is not working since 2 months. Now I'm in a dilemma whether to recharge or shift to some other cable service . If my problem is not solved within 24 hours (without any technician payment) as it is not my fault. Some channels r receiving signals some are not, I will be compelled to change the service which I'm using for more than 10 years to some other service.

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix the signal problem you are facing with certain channels in your pack.
