[Resolved]  Tata Sky — issue o[censored]nnessories charges for super lnb

Hi,

Faced serious issue with tata sky customer care & backend team. They mislead customer & asked for extra charges for any equipment.

I purchased tata sky dish tv hd setup box with recording in 2012 (Id [protected]). Even at that times, hd contents was not available), but we preferred to have it for future hd contents.

Compatibility for hd contents & to add multiple tv (In future), hd setup box should have super lnb in dish, but tatasky supplied normal lnb instead of super lnb that time (As a general user/customer, we was not aware of it)

2 weeks ago, i requested tata sky to provide multiple tv setup box connection & within a day, their technician/representative visited for multi tv setup box connection.

After seeing installation of normal lnb at dish, he suggested us. It should be super lnb (Coz in their record, super lnb already mentioned & supplied along with setup box)

Even he suggested to claim it as free of cost.

We tried many times with customer care & backend team, but they mislead or false commitment of replacing normal lnb with super lnb.

Even, i mailed several e - mail at [protected]@tatasky.com, but no satisfactory replay from tata sky.

Finally, they refuse to provide/ replace super lnb with normal & asked for extra charges.

I want to register a complaint against tata sky for mislead/false commitment.
