Tata Sky — Issue with Network

My Name is Kumar. K, 2 Month back taken a TATA SKY connection & recharged upto september. subscriber id is [protected] & registered mobile No. is [protected]. From past 3 day we are unable to watch any channel. I had given complaint to customer care & even wrote a mail to customer care. But there is no response from thier end. I'm Requesting you to cancel my connection & re-fund my money. I Got a Worst experience in this. Regards Kumar.K [protected]
