Tata Sky — Issues with Channels and Digital Box | |||
Dear Sir, I got the SMS on 19th May 2015 from Tata Sky about the free replacement of MPEG4 technology within a week time post giving the miss call on this number [protected] and I had given miss call on 25th May 2015 and got the SMS i.e. your request is being processed. In case you need help please contact our help line numbers on [protected] or [protected]. Also since morning I called on both toll free numbers, however not getting any response from the Tata Sky help line as well. This is not the first time happening, such kind of instances also happened previously with me. Since 19th May 2015 onward my family is not able to view some channels like; Aastha, Sanskar, Sahara One, Sony SAB TV, ETV MP, Movies OK, DD News IBN7, NDTV India, FILMY, Star Utsav etc. Request your support in terms of resolving my issues on priority.
