[Resolved] Tata Sky — kids channels are not activated. | |||
I am a tata sky dth subscriber from trivandrum kerala. My id is [protected]. Recently i have recharged rs 290 kayika sadhya plan for 1 year. This plan offered 13 kids channels and none of them is activated. Except kids channels i am getting all other channels as per the package mentioned. Several times i have complainted this matter to your local service provider but no positive result so far. Now i am directed to complaint it by myself. Please activate kids channels soon. R.
