[Resolved] Tata Sky — lack of information/ clarification for wrong messages sent! | |||
I have paid amount for one year and the msg shows the validity is till may 2018 what's the logic behind this? Total amount paid is 5849+2180. Initially i received a msg from tatasky to pay rs 5849/- which i did promptly. Then again i received a call from customer care that was automated msg sent which is wrong. Then i received a call stating my amount is being deducted per day which was not intimated. As agreed it was for an year. Then i was told to pay rs 2180 /- as balance to initiate for an year. Now i receive a msg stating that the validly is till may 2018. Was this information helpful? | |||
