[Resolved] Tata Sky — LOW SIGNAL, Few Channels are not visible

Few Channels are not visible, customer care associates saying I have to pay 200/- rs for technician where as this is not my set top Box issue (if set top channel issue is there why few channel are not visible). If issue is from TATA SKY then why to pay 200/-Rs. to tatasky
I have called many times to customer care then also saying i have to pay 200/- for technician visit . very worst service from TATA SKY

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we do not charge for service visit as long as you are in warranty. As you are not in warranty now, you will have to pay for service visit. We will also call you soon to explain further.
