Tata Sky Ltd — No signals and poor customer care | |||
From the 5th of April 2015 there is no signal on tata sky, .And in spite of repeated calls to the operator and missed calls and sms sent to the number indicated on the usual response is the representative will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. It is nearly a half month and still issue has not at resolved. Engineer did not visited and not resolved the issue but closed the complaint. 2/3 times I online chatted with customer care. But, no one has resolved the problem. No signal still persists and when will it be rectified is a million dollar question it seems. . Absolutely disgusted with this service. I send a mail to nodal officer. I think he does not understand English. Are you taking the customer for ride and fleecing them and a stunt to derive money for your personal gains and promote some gimmick and get the customer to pay more for NO SIGNAL..??? I am probably one of the first tata sky customer in my area, i have been using this service since a long time never faced issue, but suddenly no signal error came up since last week, tried to call customer care but they just put my call on hold and not receive the call. For a long term customer its very disappointing to see the standards of tata sky going down. i get a call every month for long term recharge but when it comes to providing good customer support they don't even attend calls. my subscriber id is:[protected].
